Which audit to take
Take the sales audit if you lead a sales team and want to know where to start. Take the lead response audit if you own the business, still run sales and suspect that inquiries get lost.
Both are free and show the result on screen as soon as you finish. You can take both, in either order.
- Newly responsible for a sales team: start with the sales audit
- An owner who still runs sales: start with the lead response audit
- Not sure: start with the sales audit, it covers four areas of the job
How the audits work
You answer questions about how your team works today, one question at a time. AI scores the answers and picks the material that matches.
The sales audit has 20 questions in four areas: pipeline and CRM, team management, customer work and sales skills. You see a score out of 10 for each area.
The lead response audit asks how inquiries arrive, who replies, how fast and what happens next. You see a score and the point where inquiries get lost.
What the result looks like
The on-screen result is free. The sales audit points you to one free material for your weakest area. The lead response audit names the first fix.
Example (invented numbers): your sales audit shows pipeline and CRM 7, team management 6, customer work 8 and sales skills 4. You start with sales skills.
A personal PDF report is optional and costs $29. For the lead response audit it has 11 pages, with a monthly loss estimate and three priority fixes.
The audits score only the answers you give. They do not see your CRM or your calls, so use the result to decide where to look first. It cannot measure your team exactly.
What happens with your answers
Your answers, language and result are saved under an audit reference. They are used to calculate your result and to prepare a report if you order one.
Contact details are optional. If you leave your name and email, SkalaConsult.com may contact you by email about your results and a consultation. The email series needs its own opt-in. The privacy policy has the details.
