What is inside the planner

The planner is a free 12-page PDF for your first month as a sales manager. The pages are A4 landscape, so you can print them and keep them on your desk.

Week one is planned day by day: each day has one task and the result to aim for. Around that sit the month plan, the weekly schedules and pages for meeting notes.

  • A month plan
  • Weekly schedules with three priorities a day
  • Meeting notes
  • A weekly review and room for bright ideas
  • Days 1 to 7 under the theme Understand the work

Who this is for

The planner is for the person who has just been put in charge of sales: a new sales manager, or a seller promoted to lead the team.

If you own the business and still run sales, use the same pages to fit a month of sales work around everything else you do.

How to get it

Enter your work email and choose one of seven languages: English, German, Spanish, French, Indonesian, Portuguese or Russian. We send the planner to that address.

The planner is free, and you do not need an account. We never sell or share your email.

The series of seven practical emails over 14 days has its own box. Tick it only if you want the emails. Some of them introduce our paid tools, and you can unsubscribe at any time. The series starts once you confirm your address by email.

How to use it in week one

Print the week one pages and start with day 1. Before the day begins, read its task and the result to aim for.

Check the three priorities each evening. On the last day of the week, fill in the weekly review: what you learned and what goes into the plan for week two.

Example (invented numbers): you write three priorities for Tuesday, finish two and move the third to Wednesday with a short note on why.

If you want a guide and spreadsheets for the same month, look at the First 30 days operating kit. For $49 it adds a 51-page guide, fillable worksheets and filled examples.
