headofsales.me is operated by SkalaConsult.com, contact: info@headofsales.me. When you tick the box on one of our forms, you agree to receive the emails described here. We first send one email asking you to confirm your address; nothing else is sent until you confirm.

What we send

• A welcome series of seven emails over 14 days in the language you chose, with practical steps and offers for our paid tools.
• Nothing else is added without a new opt-in. Emails about your account, purchases and audit results are separate and do not depend on this consent.

We do not send emails on behalf of third parties.

What we store

Your email address, the language you chose, the form you used, and the date and time you agreed. We keep this record to show when and how you gave consent. Emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider.

How to stop

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also write to info@headofsales.me. We stop sending as soon as we receive your request. Unsubscribing stops the Monday email and the notes. It does not affect emails about things you bought or asked for, such as your files or your audit result.

How long we keep your data

While you are subscribed. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a do-not-send list, so you do not get emails again by mistake.
