Refund policy for digital products

headofsales.me is operated by SkalaConsult.com, contact: info@headofsales.me. This policy covers every paid product on headofsales.me: templates, guides, spreadsheets, kits, the bundle and personal audit reports. Payments are processed by Gumroad, which acts as the merchant of record: your receipt and any refund come from Gumroad.

How delivery works

Right after payment, we email a personal download link to the address you used at checkout. The link works for 7 days. Your files also stay under "My materials" in your headofsales.me account, where you sign in with the same email. A personal audit report is sent to the same email.

When you get a refund

You get a full refund if your product was not delivered. That means:

  1. You did not receive the download link or the report within 24 hours of payment, and the files are not in your account, and
  2. You wrote to us, and we could not deliver the product within 3 business days of your message.

We also refund in full if:

  • You were charged twice for the same product. We refund the extra charge.
  • A file is broken and will not open, and we cannot send you a working copy within 3 business days.

When we do not give refunds

Digital files cannot be returned once you have them. So we do not refund after delivery if:

  • you changed your mind or no longer need the product;
  • the product did not match what you expected, when its page listed exactly what is in the box;
  • you bought a product you already own, or bought it separately and then bought the bundle.

Every product page lists the exact files, formats and page counts, and the free materials let you try the method first. Please check them before you buy.

How to ask for a refund

Write to info@headofsales.me within 7 days of payment. Include the email you used at checkout and your Gumroad order number or receipt. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Gumroad. How long the money takes to arrive depends on your bank or card provider.

Your rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer law of your country, or under Gumroad's own terms as the merchant of record.
